MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED.

Please email us as soon as possible with a picture of the packaging and product so that we can asses the damage and/or rush your new product out to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There is a 10 Day money back guarantee & exchange for all products EXCEPT face masks & Swim Suits due to hygiene.

Face masks are non refundable. 

Swim Wear is refundable as long as the product is still in sealed bag unopened. Please see return policy.

Normal processing times are 3-5 Days. Sometimes Shorter or longer depending on where you live.

WHY ARE SOME OF THE CLOTHES 4-6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME?

These are Limited product availability and it takes longer for them to be processed because they are made per order due to material availability.

I saw an item on Instagram, but its not on the site anymore, can I still order it?
